And this "homicide" may be justified.Around 2:30pm- an armed robbery in progress- then a shooting- is reported in the parking lot of "ben's Market" at 27th Street & Prospect.
The different spin on these turn of events are- as reported by KC-MO police on the scene- that this is "the victim (of the robbery who) shot the suspect."
The "victim's" aim was true- their lead effective.
MAST-EMS was transporting the "suspect"- condition near-death- to a nearby medical trauma center .
