We're told there is "no money" for social programs.
Any and all programs of various shapes and sizes helping middle to lower-income Americans has been CUT since 2001.

Many Americans have no- or can't afford basic HEALTH INSURANCE. We've been told time and again there's no money available for that in the Federal coffers.
Now- HUNDREDS OF BILLIONS suddenly become available when the country's WEALTHLY are on the hook.
No- No- huh-uh!
If this millionaire welfare passes- we- Americans- should recall and/or impeach EVERY politician that approves such dreck.
$700-BILLION folks- and that's just for starters with NO GUARANTEES!!!
Reject or the American People impeach/recall every last D.C. politician....
