Two people riding a motorcycle crashed Wednesday evening on the northbound ramp from The Paseo to Interstate 35- south of the new Paseo bridge.
The crash occurred about 8:30 p.m..
On Friday- the identities of the deceased were released by KC-MO Police.
They were 45-year-old Troy Mitchell from Claycomo and 13-year-old Anastasia Allen of Kansas City MO..
