The "Winter Weather (WX) Advisory" runs from 7 p.m. this Sunday evening March 13 until 10 a.m. and includes Metro Kansas City- as well as the St. Joseph- Sedalia- Marshall and Warrensburg areas.
Advisory is in effect for the following counties:
In Kansas: Doniphan- Atchison- Leavenworth- Wyandotte- Johnson- Miami...
In Missouri: Buchanon- Clinton- Caldwell- Platte- Clay- Jackson- Ray- Cass- Lafayette- Johnson- Saline- Carroll and Pettis counties.
Rain is forecast to change to snow- with snowfalls of 2 to 4 inches are forecast.
