It looks like everyone who wanted to be counted for the 2010 United States Census has been.
As it stands with that count- there are 308,745,538 people living in America.
In our Central States of Kansas- Missouri- Nebraska- Iowa- Arkansas and Oklahoma- there is a total of 20,382,010 people- less than 10% of the total population.
Of those 6 states- Missouri remained the most populous- with Oklahoma in 2nd place.
Metro Kansas City remains the largest metropolitan area between St. Louis and Denver- and Minneapolis/St. Paul and Dallas/Fort Worth at 2.1-million residents.
Jackson county MO remained the largest Metro county with just shy of 675,000 residents with Johnson county KS next at just below 550,000 people.
