The incident occurred about 2:55 a.m. in the 2600 block of Southwest Boulevard.
Police report at least 1 of "four Hispanic males" shot the man- then took-off in a "blue Dodge Ram pickup truck.
The victim received 3 gunshot wounds according to a paramedic- one each in his buttocks- right thigh and left knee- and was transported to a Kansas City hospital by KC-MO FD-EMS in serious condition.
