Missourians WILL Get To Vote on Unpopular Earnings Tax

The Cole County MO judge wisely held-off full-fledged citizen and voter rebellion and will allow the vote to keep or dump Kansas City and St. Louis's earnings tax in November.

This first vote won't change the earnings tax yet- this vote is to approve future elections to keep or reduce the tax as each election is held.

City of KC-MO officials had gone to the Cole County judge in order to stomp on citizens' rights to petition their government- i.e.- to STOP November's vote on the earning tax's fate- although the petitions and the election issue HAD been approved by Missouri's Secretary of State.

Based on that smarmy move- I am against the earnings tax now.
