This afternoon- KC-MO police received the report of a body wrapped in a blacket in a wooded area near 60th Street and Agnes.
The Jackson County coroner has discovered the body was that of a canine.
No word on how the dog died or if this discovery will increase K.C.'s animal homicides for 2009....
