A man believed to be in his 20's was found dead this morning after he apparently crashed his all-terrain vehicle (ATV) into a tree.
Jackson county Sheriff and Sni Valley Fire and EMS responded to the call at 6:11 am and the victim was found on Munro south of Colbern Road about 20 minutes later after some confusion as to where the call really was.
A Sni Valley paramedic said the victim had been there "for at least several hours" until he was discovered.
