Kansas CIty WEATHER: Warm Relief On The Way

Today's Arctic air mass will be short-lived.

After low temperatures in the single-digits early Wednesday- temperatures will shoot up above freezing and stay there Thursday as the weather charts indicate until at least early next week.

That's right- NO below freezing temperatures beginning with Thursday's rise above the 32-degree mark- until early next week.

In addition- the charts are indicating rain- and possible thunder- beginning Sunday night into next Monday.

We've most likely seen the very coldest temperatures of the season- as the sun's angle rises day after day until the Vernal Equinox- the first day of Spring- on March 20.
