On top of lack of monitary support for publiic transit & the million/billionaires pro sports facilities in this burg-JoCo-KS threatens to further secede from Metro K.C..
Actually- JoCo-KS piles more shit on Missourians than we could fathom- to the tune of "6-billion gallons" yearly for their wastewater- according to Monday's KANSAS CITY STAR.
A whole "three-quarters" of all JoCo's crap gets treated by KC-MO wastewater treatment facilities and now with KC-MO having to re-do it's sewer system- they are balking at paying any possible SIGNIFICANT rate increase KC-MO decides to stick them for.
Yet another case of "Let Missouri pay for it all!".
I say let them treat their OWN crap! Let them built THEIR OWN wastewater facility or- better yet- expand that Leawood Indian/Tomahawk Creek facility right down the hill from their fancy Hallbrook development!
Those folks can more afford to hang Glade air fresheners all around their uphill properties than us poor KC-MO residents can afford to pay to take anymore of JoCo-KS's shit!
