The crash was dispatched to Drexel MO Fire and Miami county EMS at 2:23 a.m. and reported to be "on 367th Street west of New Lancaster."
A Lifeflight-Eagle medical helicopter was dispatched to the scene- where an extrication of a patient was reported.
The "25-year-old male" patient was flown to a Metro Kansas City medical trauma center with possible head and other injuries.

This incident was right by my house, kudos to that helicopter crew, it was a bright moonlit night but but still no lights to land by!
