CSW WEATHER: Snow Will Taper Off Over Metro K.C. Soon

The light to moderate snow still falling over much of Metro Kansas City will be tapering off over the next couple of hours- according to weather radar trends and surface maps.

Amounts of generally an inch or less have been reported Metro-wide- with some accumulations on streets- as depicted on the image below from 119th Street & Nall in Overland Park KS..

Gusty northwest winds will continue- gradually decreasing later today (Sunday)- but temperatures will struggle to reach the 20-degree mark.
