The price of a barrel of oil on the open market stands at $61.00 as of this post- $7 cheaper than when the photo was taken of the lowest Metro KC area gas price found.
This gasoline price was documented at the Phillips 66 station at 23rd Street and Crysler in Independence-MO Tuesday night.
