It hasn't turned into a toker's mecca yet- but "little has changed" since voters in Eureka Springs-AR approved an ordinance giving approval for their police to look the other way when "small amounts of marijuana" are involved.Eureka Springs is not far from Branson- check it out if you ever get a chance. You'll think sometimes walking the town that you're in Europe.
