Constitution Is Convenient Today

Our judicial- legislative and especially the executive branches of OUR government only want to invoke the American Constitution at their convenience (see secret prisons- detaining people indefinitely without charges- etc.).

Many citizens and their towns and cities are tired of the Federal Government turning the blind eye on the estimated tens of millions of illegal immigrants in this nation.

One Pennsylvania town- Hazelton- tried to address this runaway problem that the Feds refuse to and enacted tough- anti-illegal immigration ordinances.

In the SECOND TIME IN TWO DAYS- the Federal government (judicial this time) has ignored the Will of The People and struck down the Hazelton anti-immigration ordinances- using the old convenient stand-by that "it's against the Constitution."

Oh- so even NON-CITIZENS have "Constitutional rights" then.

"Hello- White House?"
