An IFD crew and AMR-EMS ambulance was sent to an address in the 10800 block of East 19th Terrace South at 6:23 a.m. on a "Code Blue" non-breathing "26-year-old male."
After those units arrived at the residence- they declared the man dead at the scene and requested police.
