Unsightly satellite dishes?
According to The Lincoln-NE JOURNAL-STAR- the Omaha City Council is considering a new fee for that city's residents: satellite dish inspections.
Not reported in the story was if the Omaha City Council drinks from the same vat of Kool-Aid as KC-MO's City Council....
