Hurricane-force winds have struck the Norborne-MO area during the past hour.
Scanner reports are that power is out to areas of southwestern Carroll county-MO- with power poles blown over and "numerous" trees down- blocking some major roadways in the area.
There also has been damage to structures in and around Norborne- the extent of which is still not known..
Also- no reports of any injuries yet.
