The Guaranty Bank of Austin-TX recently demolished 16 houses in various stages of completion in Victorville-CA.- according to this WSJ aticle.
Guaranty Bank had acquired the properties in the uncompleted subdivision through foreclosure.
Rather than complete the subdivision or the partially-built houses in it- the bank had all the structures torn down.
What a fricken WASTE!!!
