While Kansas Citians fret over declining city government revenues and threatened cuts to things like police and fire protection- the City continues giving out tax-free gifts to developers.
According to today's article in the KANSAS CITY BUSINESS JOURNAL- a Texas developer is getting tax breaks and city financial assistance to develop land at K.C.I. airport.
And K.C. citizens want to recall the Mayor?
