A man driving a small car crashed his vehicle on the southbound I-635 ramp to I-35 just before 2 am Saturday morning.
It took firefighters about 20 minutes to extricate the driver- said by paramedics to be in his middle-20's.
The man was taken to an area medical trauma center unconscious and in critical condition.
