* AT 613 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL CAN BE EXPECTED ACROSS THE WARNED AREA DURING THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS WITH RAINFALL RATES LOCALLY EXCEEDING 1 INCH PER HOUR AT TIMES.
* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO OCCUR. SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE: ADRIAN... BUTLER... CLINTON... LA CYGNE... MOUND CITY... OSAWATOMIE...
