UNPOPULATED is good.

I DON'T like IKE. I ain't scared of him--but I don't LIKE him all the same. I just taped a hand-drawn chart to my bedroom mirror. We are keepin' Eagle-Eyes on this blow-hard. He ain't welcomed anywhere NEAR 31.7N, 89.2W He can stay the *bleep* OUT of my backyard, no kiddin'. I just planted English Ivy back there---don't want him messin' with what I broke a sweat over.
