Metro Tornado Warning Siren Test On-Schedule Today




At 11am- the scheduled monthly test of Metro K.C. tornado warning sirens will be conducted as usual- so says the NWS-Pleasant Hill office minutes ago.


"We're not expecting any severe weather today- and the heavy rain and flooding issues will be later tonight (overnight)"- the NWS spokesperson said.


Therefore- don't be alarmed when you hear the sirens going off in less than an hour.....
