Today and tonight- there's a "high risk" of severe thunderstorms and possibly "strong tornadoes" in eastern and northeastern Nebraska as well as western and northwestern Iowa.
A moderate to slight risk covers the extreme northern and northwestern portions of the Kansas City MetroRegion as well through Thursday morning- and the slight risk for the K.C. MetroRegion runs through Sunday.
Today and tonight however- cities & towns such as Omaha- Grand Island and Norfolk in Nebraska as well as Council Bluffs- Harlan and Souix City Iowa are under the high risk for severe weather.
If you live in or have friends and/or relatives in these areas- please advise of this enhanced severe storm risk and good hunting to the un-gas-depleted chasers going out.
