Viewing the below weather radar images- you can see a moderate storm cell over northern Miami County-KS..
This cell has dropped a radar-estimated 2.25-inches of rain (refer to next 2 images) near- of all places that don't NEED more rain- Osawatomie. 
The first image is about an hour and a half ago- the last image the most recent measurement of rainfall-indicated rainfall totals.
There a a few other heavy cells upstream of Miami County- near Topeka- but no such rains for those of us in the immediate Metro._____________________
