KANSAS CITY'S WEATHER: Rain Continues

As if you didn't know stepping out- the Heartland's version of a tropical rain region. I've had more than 3.5-inches of rain northeast of the Grandview Triangle since Wednesday and it's still coming down- fortunately most has been at a somewhat soaking rate rather than in torrents.

The comparative map images below- taken almost exactly 29 hours apart- tell the story. They are radar-indicated areas of accumulated rainfall since Wednesday. Inside the white areas are scattered indicated 13-inch amount storm totals.
