Rolling Gunbattle in Grandview Leaves Victims in KC-MO

On top of the overnight multiple-victim shooting west of Kansas City's Loma Vista neighborhood- another shooting- this one described by police reports as "a rolling gunbattle" occurred in Grandview virtually on it's northern KC-MO border.

At 3:04 am Central DAYLIGHT Time Sunday morning- Grandview police responded on a reported shooting at the Shell gas station at 11901 Blue Ridge.

Reportedly- shots were fired between several people- possibly including a "security guard" with a "suspect vehicle" described only as "a black (Chevy) Monte Carlo" that went northbound on I-49/U.S. 71.

The gunfire reportedly "damaged the (gas station) building" GPD officers later said.

KC-MO citizens in several locations north of the original shooting reported "shots fired in the area."

At 3:11 am- one of the participants- "a black male who's been shot-" walked into a convenience store on Hickman Mills Drive.

That "24-year-old" had been shot in his side with the bullet still lodged in his body.

He was taken to a hospital in serious condition.

At 3:21 am- police report one- and possibly a second gunshot victim was "dropped off" at a hospital.

The initial victim reported at the hospital was "a black male- shot in the back."

His condition wasn't available.

Police from Grandview and KC_MO were still trying to sort everything out regarding this incident.
