KANSAS CITY'S BREAKING NEWS: Two Injured In KC-MO Fire



Two people have been rescued from a structure fire in Northeast KC-MO..

The fire was reported in a residential structure at 203 Askew and the alarm sounded at 9:19pm. Firefighters arrived to find a working fire- with the report of 2 persons trapped on the 2nd-floor of the 3-story structure.

A victim was pulled from the 2nd floor at 9:25pm- a female. A 2nd victim- "suffering from smoke inhalation"- was brought out by firefighters at 9:29pm.

There is no immediate report on the victims' condition. MAST-EMS service has 3 paramedic units on the scene.

The fire was reported under control at 9:31pm..
