The incident was reported at 2:48 p.m. Monday afternoon: a reported "scafford collapse" at a construction site near "135th Street and Switzer."
The scene is actually northwest of that intersection- "on 133rd Street west of the Blue Valley (Northwest High school) athletic fields" at "an apartment complex under construction."
One person is reportedly trapped under the twisted scaffold- MEDACT-EMS said one person had critical injuries- the other has serious injuries.
The most seriously injured- according to MEDACT-EMS Unit 1143- was "a 43-year-old (Hispanic) male" who "fell about 20 feet" from the collapsing scaffold.
His injuries did not sound life-threatening.
The other male patient's injuries were also not life-threatening.
Investigators are working the scene at this time.
