According to The SMITHVILLE HERALD- that statement by Clay County commissioner Ed Quick is ONE way to get Clay Countians to vote yes to continue a 1/8-cent sales tax for law enforcement.
"The citizens in the end will pay...."
I think it would behoove each of us to keep a proctologist's number handy too....
