BREAKING NEWS: Kansas Entertainment- a consortium of the Kansas Speedway and the Cordish Company of Baltimore-MD (operators of KC-MO's "Power & Light District") has won approval for a Hard Rock Casino and Hotel to be built at the Kansas Speedway.
This is purported to be a more-than $680-million project. Unknown if Cordish will institute a dress code at the casino & hotel.
