Tolbert wants "a black (shopping) mall."
Imagine for a moment if you will- a white activist/would-be polly saying K.C. needs a "white mall."
What would the minority community call that white person? And why THE HELL is the news media treating Richard Tolbert's rants about "a black mall" with kid gloves instead of reporters asking him this bottom line question:
Isn't your pleas for "a black mall" racist Mr. Tolbert?
I sit waiting for this question from K.C.'s news media.
