At 1:10 am, another police officer spots a possible suspect vehicle to this robbery eastbound on Volker, where it turns south on Troost, then east on 51st St.. The officers turn on their red lights and the "black Envoy" S.U.V. speeds off.

Officers discontinue the chase a few minutes later at 63rd & Prospect- when the suspect reaches speeds of around 100 m.p.h.. Officers lose sight of the vehicle.

At 1:20 am, yet another officer reports spotting then covertly following that suspect Envoy to a house in the 5000 block of South Benton- where it's parked and a male emerges and goes into the house.
