AN UNUSUALLY HIGH AMOUNT OF LOW LEVEL MOISTURE WILL COMBINE WITH LIGHT WINDS TO PRODUCE AREAS OF DENSE FOG OVER PORTIONS OF NORTHWEST MISSOURI AND FAR EASTERN KANSAS OVERNIGHT.
THE FOG WILL BECOME DENSE ENOUGH BY MORNING TO MAKE TRAVEL HAZARDOUS IF PROPER PRECAUTIONS...SUCH AS SLOWING DOWN TO A REASONABLE SPEED...ARE NOT TAKEN.
