Severe Thunderstorm Watch Number 686 will be in effect generally along and north of U.S. Highway 36 and will include such Missouri MetroRegion cities as St. Joseph- Maryville- Bethany and Tarkio.
Metro Kansas City is NOT included in ST Watch-686.
In fact- storms should stay out of the Metro until Monday morning- and a "slight risk" of severe thunderstorms continues for all of MetroRegion as well as Metro Kansas City on Monday.
