Here are some videos in South KC-MO from the 3-4pm time frame.
The wet roads were quickly turning icy in the mid-20-degree temperatures and howling Northwest winds gusting to 30-40 MPH.
The snow has ended- northwest to southwest- over most of Metro K.C.. This band will continue moving east into the eastern K.C. MetroRegion.
