In this Associated Press story- the Federal government's FDIC has taken over 2 banks that operated in Arizona- California and Nevada.
This nearly 2 weeks after the Feds had to take over IndyMac Bank- said by many sources to be "the 2nd-largest bank failure in American history."_________
