I'd most always say weather radio.
Unless you're a Gladstone/Kansas City-MO Northland resident who lived next door to a warning siren- but also had a weather radio on in alert mode.
If that alert mode was only for a TORNADO warning- one could rightly say: Sorry- WRONG- thanks for playing.
