The call came in shortly after 2 am- "a white female shot" in the area of 9th Street & Elmwood.Police arrive and find the victim- then report the shooting's suspects as "two white males" who left the scene "in a 2000's-model black- 2-door" vehicle.
MAST-EMS took the victim to an area trauma center. The paramedic reported the victim was shot "4 times- once in the pelvis- 2 in the left leg and one in the left arm."
Victim's condition serious - she's heard moaning during the entire med report.
