Yesterday afternoon a thunderstorm developed rapidly over St. Paul-MN- sending an NWS-reported 0.44 of rain in 30 minutes into storm sewer tunnels where a crew of workers were.
The crew made it to an exit point in waist-deep water- but two of that crew apparently didn't make it out- according to the Associated Press.
In south Texas- more rain is expected today and through the weekend- prompting Texas Governor Perry to place quick-response emergency crews on alert.________________
