Watching the 8am Saturday morning edition of KMBC-9 News- there appeared the graphic:
"EROTIC CITY PROBLEMS."
The TV quit right after the graphic appeared- I didn't find out what the city's "erotic" problems were.
I thought the city's problems were financial.
