The NWS weather outlook for April is out- with possible below average-temperatures but near-average precipitation over Metro and MetroRegion Kansas City.
There is a possibility of below-average temperatures over about the western two-thirds of the Central States and possible above-average precipitation over most of Oklahoma- about the western two-thirds of Kansas and the southwestern half of Nebraska.
