The STAR has a story about how KC-MO "plans to spend about $7 million this year" on new biking and walking trails.
This is after the City Council cut $15-million from the police department budget- putting basic police protection for the City's citizens in jeopardy.
I must have a brick head. I cannot in any way- shape or form approve spending half of the police's budget cuts for bike and pedestrian trails.
It appears the mayorial recall didn't include ENOUGH city politicians....
