Firefighters from Riverside- Gladstone and the Southern Platte Fire District are on the scene of a house fire in the 1900 block of Northwest 45th Terrace at this time.
The alarm was sounded around 10:06 am with mutual aid requested from Gladstone and South Platte.
At 10:32 am- "an injury" was reported- but no details on whether the injured person is a civilian or firefighter.
UPDATE - 1135 CST- The injured person is reported by MAST-EMS as "a 22-year-old male firefighter" who suffered "first and second-degree burns to his hands and arms."
His condition was good- and the firefighter (unknown what department he is with) was taken to Liberty Hospital.
