It happened in the 500 block of Richmond in northeastern KC-KC.. The one victim police find was in the 400 block of Walker. There was yet no suspect information to report.
One "24-year-old male" with at least one discernable gunshot wound "and head trauma" was in serious to critical condition as he was taken to Truman Med Center in KC-MO - K.U. Med Center was "closed to trauma" patients all night.
However- one of the victims later went to K.U. Med Center on their own- and the other two also went by means other than an ambulance to Truman.

... Little is known other than at around 3:45 am Sunday morning- a "4-wheeler accident" was reported in the 20100 block of Lone Elm in the southwestern part of JoCo..
Paramedics pronounced the victim dead upon their arrival about 10 minutes later.

*Lightning Strikes Houses in KC-MO & Overland Park*
... None of the 3 lightning-produced fires caused much structural damage or injuries.
Homes struck were in the 5900 block of West 87th Terrace in Overland Park, KS. and the 4400 block of North Brighton and 600 block of Northwest 42nd Terrace.

Skies went from partly cloudy to thunderstorms by the 3-o'clock hour. The storms produced very heavy rain and small hail. Temperatures fell into the upper 60's from mid-70's readings and winds were variable around the thunderstorms this morning.
At 6:37 am- the National Weather Service (NWS) in Pleasant Hill issued "a Flash-flood Warning" for parts of Clay County Mo. until just after noon today.
More showers- storms- and heavy rains expected later today in the K.C. MetroRegion- some of those storms could be severe. There could also be areas of flash-flooding.
Scattered afternoon and evening showers and storms possible until mid-week when a stronger weather system is forecast to move in with more general precipitation.
