This occurred Sunday morning about 2:30 am in southeastern Emporia- reports The EMPORIA (KS) GAZETTE.

The dead is identified as 30-year-old Samuel T. Rosado. The 2nd seriously-injured person is reported to be 28-year-old Juan Jose Rosales.
Police say they "knew who the shooter was" and the public is waiting for more.
