Johnson County KS Plans Median Cables For Parts of K-10 Highway

There have been several cross-over crashes on Kansas (K)-10 highway that runs from central JoCo to Lawrence and now at least one government wants to take measures to prevent such crashes.

The TOPEKA CAPITAL-JOURNAL reports that the KANSAS CITY STAR reports that the JoCo government plans to install cable median guards on parts of K-10.

One "2-mile" section of cables would be installed around the K-7 interchange- the other area would be near Eudora (which is in Douglas county).
