CSW WEATHER: Severe Thunderstorm Watch For the Wichita Metro Area

Watch Number 447 will be in effect for a 6-county area in and around Metro Wichita until midnight.

There's a cluster of severe storms southwest of Wichita- moving slowly northeastward.

IF these storms could hold together- they wouldn't reach Metro Kansas City until around sunrise Thursday morning.

Other severe storm watches cover about the southern half of Iowa northeastward into the Great Lakes states.
